Hdadvance 3.0 Skins Certain PS2 Games On My Hard Drive Will Load, Then Freeze Right Before The Title. Can I Avoid This?

Certain PS2 games on my hard drive will load, then freeze right before the title. Can I avoid this? - hdadvance 3.0 skins

I have an internal hard drive 200 GB Maxtor HD and use the drive before you download and play (backup) games of the same. Most of the games well, and some have put me on mode 3 (also known as "Kill HDA after launch" for people who use version 3.0).

However, there are few games that load instantly and then freeze. Two that I found so far are "Hot Shots Golf Fore" and "GoldenEye: Rogue Agent".

They do not seem to load, even if you do all 3 courses, but if they do, they freeze before they reach the main menu or in the game.

I have tried Mode 1 and 2 also, but does not seem to help. I) also re-copied games (without error and still haveexactly the same problem.

HDAdvance I have two versions (2.0 and 3.0) and I'm running out of ideas. If I could help someone, I would be very happy
