Lethal Dose Of Ambie Is There A Way To Determine The Lethal Dose Of A Medicine?

Is there a way to determine the lethal dose of a medicine? - lethal dose of ambie

I'm doing a project on the effects of prescription painkillers and drug overdose. Is there a specific way to find the lethal dose of them? I know that for some (like ibuprofen) for a particular lethal dose is available) but some (like acetominphen and codeine, I'm sure there must be a database is poison.

I think you should be able, an LD50 for almost any compound that is toxic, including most of the available drugs. You can try to find the MSDS to compounds.The LD50 is the dose that kills 50% of the tested animals. I do not know if what you want to be able to help but ...
